Qualifications

• The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree
• 4-5 years experience in using ArcGIS and MapInfo
• Knowledgeable in Access and SQL database systems
• Must have a background in GIS software applications
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to travel to the project sites
